Sterilization chamber and door completely made of corrosion-free stainless steel 1.4571/AiSi316Ti and according to DGRL 2014/68/EU.
Inner chamber and internal door side chemically passivated.
Admissible working pressure: 3,5 bar absolute
Admissible working temperature: 138°C

The sterilization chamber is closed absolutely safe by means of a comfortable, hinged door with a nearly maintenance-free door gasket.
Door lock according to DIN 58946 part II und TRB 402, Opening the door at over pressure in the chamber is impossible.
At the sterilization of liquids there is an additional temperature lock by means of reference temperature measurement in the medium.
Component approved safety valves on chamber would open and release in case of an overpressure that exceeds the limit.
Pressure and safety test before installation, carried out in our factory.

Chamber is equipped with a basic shelf to accommodate the material to be sterilized. For better condensate draining it is perforated.
To avoid loss of heat the complete chamber and door is isolated.
For an exact control the autoclave is equipped with an electronic absolute pressure sensor (high-temperature version) and with a temperature sensor PT100 class A. a
A microprocessor controlled air -/condensate evacuation system in combination with an optimum steam distribution guarantees a fast and safe saturated steam sterilization.
The autoclave casing is made of finely brushed stainless steel 1.4301 that is resistant against commercially available disinfection agents.
